Families are invited to WEC this Friday, 20th Jan, 8.15pm (isha salat) for the launch of our Monthly Family Evenings Programme on “Lessons from Seerah/Life of the final Prophet Muhammad (may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)” – with Shaykh Mufti Afeef Abdulgani.
WEC has also partnered with our local charity, Scot Aid (100% donation policy) so the community can support their urgent Winter Appeal for vulnerable households across various countries (scotaid.org.uk/appeals/winter-appeal).
Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “Sadaqah (charity) extinguishes sin as water extinguishes fire” (Hadith, Tirmidhi).
