Following the announcement of Glasgow Central Mosque, Woodfarm Education Centre (WEC) will begin the first fast of Ramadan on:

This means the first evening of Taraweeh will commence tonight at 8:30 PM after Isha Salah, Insha’Allah.

🚗 Important Reminders for Attendees

To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, please note the following:

• Arrive early to allow time to park safely and keep noise to a minimum.

• Park considerately and do not block junctions, yellow lines, pavements, or residential driveways.
  ⚠ A £100 parking fine may be issued for violations.

• Car share where possible and walk if you are able to help reduce traffic.

• Follow the guidance of stewards and volunteers.

• Bring your own reusable water bottles (no single-use plastic bottles will be handed out).

• If WEC car parks are full, please use:

  • Woodfarm Football Pitches Car Park

  • OLM School Car Park (Taraweeh only – not during Jumuah or school hours)

• After prayers, please leave the centre quietly and avoid gathering in the car park to prevent disturbance to local residents.

We ask everyone to cooperate and help maintain a peaceful and respectful environment during this blessed month.
